The goal of the event :

Firstly, to unite IMMawati's voice in Central Java, where IMMawati wants to go, what the movement is like, and IMM's own goals, so IMM in Central Java is clear, the purpose is clear and IMMawati's actions at IMM are there, visible.
Secondly, to encourage IMMawati's interest in joining IMM, unlike an undeveloped person (not daring to voice aspirations), open up IMMawati's mindset about how to move forward, what it is like.

The event has been prepared since 2 months ago. The obstacles faced are the lack of participants who attended because many students are learning or there are other activities. The committee has tried optimally to contact each branch of IMM in Central Java. For the committee invited the speakers quite extraordinary in hopes IMMawati inspired to join IMM. A great distance for traveling also includes an IMM branch. otherwise it takes almost half a day to contact each of them. Then for the success of this event, the committee felt it was good enough. This means that IMMawati in Purworejo has done its best to help DPD IMM in Central Java to succeed the event.

Women Must Be Able to Pass Political Roles

Gender equality continues to be echoed and expected to have equal opportunities with men. It's just the reality in the field, the movement of women more slowly, especially in politics.

This was expressed by a member of the Regional Representative Council (DPD) RI from Central Java Denty Eka Widi Pratiwi as a speaker in front of Muhammadiyah Female Student Association (IMMawati) in Pendopo Purworejo District, Friday, May 11, 2018. "Although the opportunity is very wide, still slower, "said Mrs. Denty.

Responding to that, he sees the need for increased awareness of women towards politics, where it is expected to take the opportunity to seize it. Only, he asked that in fighting for his rights it remains done in an elegant way. "Do not justify any means of achieving it," added the original member of DPD Temanggung this.

The reluctance of women in politics, Denty continued, could be for several reasons. Among others is the assumption that politics is dirty and scary, and only suitable for men. Though it has no element of truth.

"Whereas the political world is equally very exciting if we can seize the spaces that must be striven, for example the right to leave for pregnant women. This is not possible when the one who proposes is male. So here is the importance of the role of women in politics to quota allotments in the legeslatif not only to bring down, "he explained.

Meanwhile, Chairman of DPD IMM Jateng Abdul Wahid revealed, a relationship that was held to encourage IMMawati action to be more active to take the role. It is expected that IMMawati can also determine IMM's image in building future generations.
